What we collect
• The details you enter in the sign-up form: first and last name, country, phone number, email, the services you are interested in, the seminar you choose, your trading experience and, if you add it, your Telegram username.
• A record of your consent: when you agreed and your IP address.
• How you reached the site: the page, the campaign tags in the link (UTM) and your browser type.
• Usage data collected by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, such as the pages you visit and your device type.
Why we use it
• To contact you about the services you asked for: the Telegram channel, the private course and seminars.
• To book your seminar seat and remind you about it.
• To see which pages and campaigns bring visitors, and to improve the site.
• To protect the form from spam and automated abuse.
Who we share it with
• Orbex: when you tick the consent box, your details are sent to Orbex so its team can contact you about opening and managing a trading account. Orbex handles your data under its own privacy policy.
• Our team on Telegram: a short notice of your sign-up is sent to a private Telegram group used by our sales team.
• Service providers: Cloudflare (the human check), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) and our hosting provider, only as far as needed to run the site.
We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie of its own. It remembers the campaign link you arrived from for 30 days, so a later sign-up is credited correctly. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while we are in contact with you or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [contact email]. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact that happened before. Requests about data already sent to Orbex should also be made to Orbex.
